Founded in 2021, Candour Properties is a Real Estate Development, Investment and Advisory Business.
Within Development and Investment, Candour Properties has been setup as a Developer, Operator and Owner of operational Real Estate, namely in Co-Living, Student Accommodation, Hospitality and Healthcare Real Estate.
Within Advisory, Candour Properties sources and executes Real Estate acquisitions, raises debt and equity finance and provides asset management services to a range of clients including HNW’s, Family offices and Real Estate platforms. Since inception, Candour has acquired more than £100m of Real Estate and raised more than £120m of capital on behalf of their clients.
