Acquired on behalf of a developer. The site was a ground up development opportunity, 0.3 miles from Westbourne Park Station to be developed to deliver 332 beds and 15,000 SF of ancillary commercial space. Secured financing with a London based hedge fund to acquire site.

Earlsfield
Acquired on behalf of a co-living developer a ground up development site in Earlsfield. The site was granted planning permission in 2019 for a co-living scheme comprising 315 beds alongside a range of communal amenities. Secured both debt and equity financing pre-development with two London based credit funds. The development was completed in September 2022 and the property is now operational.
